Our Clients - CPA believes that each sex industry survivor we serve is the expert on his or her needs. We take our cues from our clients. So far, they have asked us to provide hospitality, community emotional support, and someone to talk to. It has been our pleasure to do so. Clients have also asked for advocacy to other Portland social service agencies. To date, the CPA's advocacy has gotten our clients transportation, I.D., access to medical and dental services, G.E.D. classes, help with resumes, shelter from domestic violence and professional clothing for job interviews and employment.

CPA welcomes sex industry survivors of all orientations - gay, lesbian, bisexual, transvestite, transsexual and all others.

Public Education - CPA seeks to educate the public about the harms of life in the sex industry. We provide both staff and client survivors to speak at social service agencies, schools, churches and other community organizations. These presentations can range from 45 minutes to several hours, as your organization would like. Our presentations provide a forum where our clients can find a voice. They have been enthusiastically received in all cases.
